KATY, TX - Tellus Equipment Solutions, LLC (“Tellus Equipment”), one of the largest John Deere agriculture and turf dealers in North America with 21 locations in Central and South Texas, announced the promotion of Jeff Donaldson to Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2021. Jeff previously served as Tellus Equipment’s Chief Operating Officer and succeeds Troy Taylor, the Company’s founding Chief Executive Officer, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
Jeff has more than 20 years of leadership experience, with nearly 15 of that in the equipment industry, and will lead all functions of the company. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Darr Equipment Co. and as Chief Executive Officer of Adobe Equipment which was sold to Darr Equipment Co.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2000. He has spent the majority of his career analyzing, valuing and operating businesses across a number of industries and has extensive experience in the equipment distribution space.
